Q. How often do I need to have my carpets cleaned?

A. Each home is unique in that the frequency of having your carpets professionally cleaned has many factors. For example, do you have small children or indoor pets? Are there smokers in the home, etc? However, on an average, your carpets should receive a deep thorough cleaning at least every 6-8 months. This will not only extend the life of your carpets but also provide a cleaner environment for your family to live in.


Q. I vacuum regularly. Why do I have to have the carpets cleaned so often?

A. Though vacuuming is wonderful for surface cleaning, vacuuming can not deep down clean, nor can the vacuum sanitize and remove germs and other bacteria. Utilizing "The Wand" manufactured by Pro-Chem our certified technicians can provide a cleaning that results in truly clean carpets. By cleaning deep within the fibers you are eliminating microorganisms that over time grow deep within the tiny fibers of your carpet. This is especially important if you have allergy sufferers, elderly adults or small children. In addition, high traffic areas of the home should receive routine cleaning due to the fact that dirt causes friction. Friction will over time wear down the delicate fibers and compromise the life of your carpet.

Q. Isn't mopping enough to clean my tile?

A. Unfortunately not, tile and grout are extremely porous and have an extremely high absorbency rate, and over time if not cleaned properly will deteriorate and compromise the integrity of the floor. Our compact, light-weight system operates on a rotary arm which blasts water at an extreme force of 700-2000 PSI and promises to remove debris which mopping can not.


Q. Can you remove pet soiling stains?

A. The odors and long-term effects of pet soiling can be extremely stressful. As homeowners and pet owners ourselves we sympathize with your delimma. Unfortunately, unlike other soiling, pet odor can be difficult because the soiling will penetrate much deeper than just the carpet backing. In extreme cases the stains actually go sub-floor beneath the padding creating a multi-layer effect. In the most extreme of cases, replacement of the carpet padding and treatment of the sub-floor may be required. At Resolve Carpet Cleaning, you can trust that we will offer the best possible option for you and your situation. Q. After cleaning, how soon can I walk on my carpet?

A. Your newly cleaned carpets should be safe to walk on after 3-4 hours of cleaning. However, we encourage each new cleaning customer to try to keep pets, children and other high traffic to a minimum for 24 hours to allow a thorough drying process.


Q. What if spots reappear after you have cleaned?

A. First and foremost, at Resolve Carpet Cleaning, "It's not clean until you say it's clean." With that thought in mind, deep spots may actually be within the carpet backing and require additional treatment. If so, just let us know and we will work hard to correct the problem. If not, you can trust we will provide you with the very best alternatives possible.

Q. Do you warranty your work?
